At KidsCity.in, we want your little ones to love their new outfits. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your KidsCity account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange along with the reason.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags intact; place the items back in their original packaging for pickup.

• 3.
  Free Doorstep Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your registered address within 48-72 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
